What else do you do at 6:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning? Join the PR Bandits on one of their most popular routes — from trendy 12South, to the estate homes of Tyne, by David Lipscomb and Belmont Universities, glancing Music Row and Edgehill, and back to 12South.

In the area bordered by the River, Edgehill, 21st Ave and James Robertson Parkway, there are no fewer than 32 condo buildings, from historic lofts to ultra-modern highrises.
